Concierge consulting and support for overwhelmed caregivers;

personalized, professional and clinically informed

Care can feel complicated, this is the next step you can make today, to make everyday easier.

What Can The Invisible Crowd Offer me?

What does concierge support look like?

It is thoughtful, high-level support designed to help you:

  • navigate healthcare systems more effectively

  • reduce overwhelm and decision fatigue

  • communicate more effectively with family and providers

  • create sustainable caregiving approaches

  • move through difficult transitions with more confidence

My clients feel supported, informed, and less alone during moments that can otherwise feel overwhelming and isolating.

You will not have to deal with an agency or being passed around to different staff, you will always be connected directly to me.

What does clinically-informed mean?

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Neuroscience from University of Colorado at Boulder, along with over five years of hands-on healthcare experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). My background also includes advanced training in counseling, I am currently completing my master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Adams State.

My approach combines a deep understanding of the emotional realities caregivers and families face during complex medical and life transitions. I value peer-reviewed academic research and believe compassionate support should be grounded in both mental health and practical, evidence-based understanding.

In addition to my consulting work, I continue to maintain and expand my clinical skills and medical knowledge through ongoing work at Vail Health Hospital.

Burnout is not a requirement to take care of others

Caregiving is rarely just a label. It is quietly overwhelming, emotionally demanding, and often comes along with it’s own unique forms of grief.

When the stakes are high and everything feels heavy you don’t have to navigate this season of life alone.

The Invisible Crowd exists to care for the caregivers, you deserve the care you are constantly giving to others. It’s time to feel hopeful again.

Welcome. I’m so glad you’re here.

The Invisible Crowd was created to support the people who spend so much of their lives caring for everyone else.

This is real self-care — not quick fixes or surface-level wellness, but meaningful support for the emotional, physical, and practical realities of caregiving.

I bring years of hands-on healthcare experience as a CNA, graduate-level clinical mental health training, and personal experience as a family caregiver. My background also includes serving as a director for a nonprofit focused on healthy aging in the Vail Valley, holding a board position with Caregiver Connections, and am registered as an Aging Life Care Specialist. My work is grounded in compassion, emotional insight, and a realistic understanding of the complexities caregivers and families navigate every day.

I understand not only the emotional impact of caregiving, but also the realities of working with hospitals, rehabilitation, long-term care systems, and the burn out these systems create.

My approach is calm, thoughtful, and deeply practical, helping clients move from survival mode toward a more sustainable, supported way of living and caring for others.

The Invisible Crowd offers discreet, personalized support for individuals navigating burnout, grief, medical complexity, caregiving overwhelm, life transitions and the emotional weight that often comes with being the one in charge.
